VERDICT = DARK - Compliments her olive skin tone and softens her facial frame.

NICOLE RICHIE

VERDICT = LIGHT - Nicole could actually rock both shades, the brown makes her appear more demure but we're used to the sun-kissed locks she favours creating a fresh, relaxed look.

JENNIFER LOPEZ

VERDICT = DARK - Jen has switched backwards and forwards with hair shades and although she looks stunning both ways, her natural darker hair colour sets off her gorgeous face taking years off her.

DREW BARRYMORE

VERDICT = DARK - The blonde washes out her skintone giving her a frankly air-headed appearance, while the brown tints in this picture illuminates Drew's Californian tan and brings out her blue eyes.

KERI HILSON

VERDICT = DARK - Although not a fan of both these hairstyles, stick to darker shades Keri. The blonde is not for you.
