Bringing a new funky edgy to the pop music scene, 26-year-old Ms Wynter Gordon is the new female music artist to get excited about.
New York native Wynter always knew she wanted to become a successful singer and took as many steps as she could in moving closer towards her dream. She performed at church as a young girl before later attending a performing arts school and an internship for a record company followed. Wynter was signed to Atlantic Records in 2005 and her career has grown ever since.
She has written for many artists while trying to create her own sound, including Jennifer Lopez, Flo-Rida, Estelle and Leighton Meester and has finally been given the opportunity to release her own music. This year Wynter has released hit dance single 'Dirty Talk' and is due to release her debut album With the Music I Die in the UK soon.
Wynter's music so far has shown a heavily concentrated dance/club vibe but the singer says she loves all types of music from country to rnb, although her focus for her debut album was dance. Her music style definitely fits her love to party hard. Wynter admits, 'I'm the one dancing on the table and in the middle of the dancefloor!'
